We were not allowed to sit in the dining room and drink a bottle of wine on a freezing winters day, as they don't allow people in the dining room during non-service periods. Go figure. Would rather not take our money than let us sit at a table inside. Also need to action some decisiveness on whether they are a self service or table service venue. The team here needs a good lesson in customer service.December 23, 2016
